Aetheria Beauty Bar provides an AI-powered concierge messaging service to help clients book appointments, ask questions, and communicate with salon staff. The service operates via SMS (text message), Instagram Direct Message, and Facebook Messenger.
You consent to receive SMS messages from Aetheria Beauty Bar when you opt in to our text messaging program — by replying YES to the consent notice we send in our Instagram or Facebook Messenger chat while confirming your appointment, or by agreeing to that notice with our staff at booking. This program sends only appointment-related and customer-care messages; it does not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP (you will receive one confirmation, and no further messages — including automated replies — will be sent until you text START to re-subscribe). To re-subscribe, reply START. To get help, reply HELP, or call us at (512) 636-5322.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our concierge service uses artificial intelligence to assist with responses. You will be informed when you are communicating with an AI. Human staff members are available during salon hours and can be requested at any time.
You agree not to use our messaging service to send spam, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to block any user who misuses the service.
Appointments booked or modified through our messaging service are subject to Aetheria Beauty Bar's standard appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies. Please confirm all bookings with the salon directly.
Aetheria Beauty Bar is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our messaging service, including but not limited to missed appointments due to message delivery failures, delays, or technical issues.
We make no guarantee that the messaging service will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our messaging service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
